RA-Energy Association

Scientific Commission

Scientific peers, the review process and open invitations.

Draft visitor copy · 7 October 2026

  1. Twelve scientific peers and validators examine the RA‑Theory, the science behind the RA‑Energy device (Section 3.4).
  2. Each holds at least a master's level in electromagnetic theory and mathematical physics, has shown the ability to unlearn and look beyond established dogma (Section 3.4.1), and carries a verified Service‑to‑Others (STO) energetic signature of at least 75% (Section 3.4.2).
  3. Before the work begins, the Trustee Guardian, assisted by the First Validator, personally teaches the other eleven members the RA‑Energy breakthrough electromagnetic theory (Section 3.4.7).
  4. No external entity or individual can claim to validate the RA‑Energy device scientifically without fully understanding the foundational principles of the fabric of reality, which operates efficiently, effectively and independently of human belief systems, established scientific dogma and institutional indoctrination. It is the responsibility of the human collective to realign its scientific beliefs with the true principles of reality, rather than forcing mass consciousness to conform to historical scientific limitations (Section 3.1).
  5. Their work has three stages: rigorous peer review of the RA‑Energy Theory Book (Section 3.3); a forensic analysis comparing the theory with all published science, concluded in the Joint Commission Report (Section 3.7); and the public presentation of the working device at Art Basel (Section 3.8).
  6. Each member chooses to serve publicly or privately. Private members remain unnamed until Art Basel, protected from institutional pressure; at Art Basel, all twelve stand openly in the light (Sections 3.4.4 and 3.4.5).
  7. The Founding seat is held by Dr. Horst Eckardt, the First Validator (Section 3.4.3).
  8. Dr. Horst Eckardt, PhD, was born in Lower Saxony, Germany. He studied physics at the Technical University of Clausthal‑Zellerfeld, where he received his master's degree and his doctorate in theoretical solid‑state physics, with a thesis on calculating the optical properties of metals by numerical methods. In 1985 he joined Siemens AG in Munich, working in research and development on computer architectures and later on hardware and software applications.
  9. Privately, he studied the foundations of alternative energy production. In 2004 he recognised the importance of the Einstein‑Cartan‑Evans (ECE) theory developed by the Welsh physicist and chemist Myron Evans. From 2005, he introduced computer algebra into its development, greatly accelerating it and securing the mathematical correctness of its results, and he co‑authored most of the 450 scientific papers Myron Evans produced until 2019. He has since extended the theory to answer fundamental questions of natural philosophy.
  10. Dr. Eckardt is Director of the AIAS Institute (Alpha Institute for Advanced Studies) and President of UPITEC (Unified Physics Institute of Technology). A leading scholar in unified physics based on ECE theory, he applies its results to technology, in particular to alternative methods of energy production. AIAS Institute: www.aias.us
